钟型浮子（倒吊桶）式疏水阀
1.用途及特点：Use and features
广泛应用于石油、化工、食品、印染、纺织、医药等行业的高压蒸汽设备。
It is widely used for the high-pressure steam equipments in the petroleum, chemical, food, printing and dyeing, textile, pharmaceutical and other industries.
2. 特点及性能：Features and Performance:
2.1．对凝结水的发生量适用性强，既可间歇排放，又可连续排放。
The applicability to the occurrence volume of condensation water is strong, can be discharged not only intermittently, but also continuously.
2.2．内部装有大排量的双阀座差压机构和SCCV关闭系统，体积小而排量大。
The inner is equipped with large displacement double seats differential pressure machinery and SCCV closing system, small size and large displacement.
2.3．内部零件全部采用不锈钢制造，并且安装在阀盖上，维修保养极为方便。
All parts inside adopt the stainless steel, and are installed on the valve cap, maintenance is convenient.
2.4．背压率高（90%）。附结构图（见图1）。
Back pressure rate is high (90%). The structure drawing is attached (see figure 1).
2.5．汽水分离可靠（水汽经U型普通从阀底部进入），阀内始终处于水封状态，有效阻止蒸汽泄漏。
Separation of water and gas is reliable (water vapor enters from bottom of valve by the U general type), remain the state of water sealing in the valve, effectively prevent leakage of steam.
2.6．敞口形的浮子抗水击。吊桶顶部设有溢出排气孔，可有效防止蒸汽汽锁，空气气堵现象（非凝结性的高温空气也可排除）。
Open mouth-shaped float resists water attack. Top of the bucket has overflow vent, which can effectively prevent vapor locking of the steam, and air blocking phenomenon (non-condensing heat air may also be vented).
注：SCCV关闭方式和双阀座差压机构安装在同一单元内，寿命长久。当凝结水量增大时，吊桶失去浮力使得机构反向密封而产生压差，主阀开启而获得大排量，用汽设备迅速启动，最大限度地发挥出用汽设备的热效率。
Note: SCCV closing mode and double seat differential pressure machinery are installed in the same unit, the life is long. When the condensation of water increases, the bucket loses buoyancy and makes the machinery reversely seal to generate differential pressure, the main valve opens and obtains large displacement, steam equipment prompt starts to maximize the thermal efficiency of steam equipment.
